A preliminary design is sketched by our team with you, in-store, to ensure that all the discussed points for the custom design are noted. A down payment here is needed for our next step that involves jeweler rendering creations.

Our jeweler creates a computer-generated rendering of the approved sketch at his studio, and we review the image with you. Any changes or alterations to the design are encouraged during this step. 

Once this design is approved, we create a physical hard wax mold that you can see and touch in person. Some slight changes may still be made during this step but once approved – a final metal cast begins formation.
